Code Of
Conduct
At MONO, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive and welcoming space for everyone.
As a community-driven venue focused on talent development and cultural exchange, we ask all visitors, artists, and team members to contribute to an environment built on respect, care, and openness.
We believe in a space where everyone is free to express themselves. Discrimination or exclusion based on gender, identity, sexuality, background, religion, or appearance has no place here. Everyone is welcome.
We encourage respectful behavior towards each other, the space, and the team. This means no violence, no harassment, and no actions that could make others feel unsafe or uncomfortable. If at any point you feel unsafe, please approach a member of the bar or team — we are here to support you.
MONO also provides a confidential contact person, and any concerns or complaints can be shared via ooo@mono.ooo.
To maintain the integrity of the space, we ask that you do not bring your own food or drinks. Please respect the venue by taking care of it — this includes no vandalism, no damage to the space, and no drawing or writing on walls or surfaces.
We do not allow hate speech or offensive symbols in any form. Our space is built on connection, not division.
By entering MONO, you agree to the possibility of being photographed or filmed during events, which may be used for documentation and promotion.
Most importantly, we ask everyone to look out for one another. MONO is a shared space — a place to grow, create, and connect. Together, we make it what it is.
